Return and Refund Policy

At Dr. Sunit P. Tiwari Urology Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds regarding consultation fees, procedures, and any related services.

2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

3. Procedure and Treatment Fees

Fees for medical procedures or treatments are strictly non-refundable once the procedure has commenced or been completed. In cases where a planned procedure is canceled by the patient prior to commencement, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering any costs already incurred by the clinic.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. If you feel you have a valid reason for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
